“Even though we have tons of music options in the city, it's worth the drive”

We drove up from Chicago to hear cousin's band last night. Band as always was amazing. Not having been to 210 before we were pleasantly surprised by the place. It's a fun mix of bar and restaurant with interesting decor. Casual but with a candlelit ambiance. Our waiter, Isaac, was perfect. Friendly and attentive.
Even though we have tons of music options in the city, it's worth the drive to return even without a family band, It's a fun venue.

“Fantastic restaurant and entertainment venue”

This is a fantastic restaurant and entertainment venue. Great atmosphere and very talented performers. Judy, one of the owners, was there to visit every table and also played a wicked keyboard. It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend it.

“I will make a point to return to see this place thrive!”

210 is a quirky but stylish venue with GREAT live music - from notables in jazz and eclectic genres. The food we ate was solid pub fare. The ambience was wonderful, in part because a large room is made small with dark walls and mismatched chandeliers, and dining space they can clear out for a dance floor when the occasion calls for it. The owner spoke twice during the set, welcoming everyone so genuinely. If I lived close this would become my haunt, but I will make a point to return to see this place thrive!

“Marvelous Music Venue in the Northern Suburbs”

210 Live is a spacious restaurant and bar with a large stage for bands, room for dancing, and the choice of tables, bar stools, or comfortable living-room type furniture for enjoying drinks and the show. The acoustics are excellent and the decor (complete with candles, gold-colored candelabras, and two large video screens on either side of the stage) creates a surprisingly intimate atmosphere for such a large venue. Shows are streamed live on the Internet. We paid a $10 cover fee to enter and sat at a round table for two with a clear view of the stage. The food was tasty, but be advised that the spicy food was very spicy. Valet Parking is available, but we found free city parking a few blocks away.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

I was pleasantly surprised by this venue/restaurant. It has a cool vibe like with old couches and lounge areas and candle lit tables. It is right off the train, so it is worth it for a mini destination dinner and show.
